Summary: TokenMeter does not collect, transmit or store personal data. The calculator runs entirely in your browser. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and no server that receives your inputs.
Nothing that identifies you. Specifically, we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any account credentials, because we do not offer accounts.
If you contact us by email, we will hold that message and your email address for as long as needed to reply, then delete it.
The token counts, request volumes and cache settings you type into the calculator are processed by JavaScript running in your own browser. They are never sent to us, to our hosting provider, or to any analytics service. Closing or reloading the page discards them permanently.
The shareable-link feature encodes your figures into the page URL in your address bar. Those values stay on your device. If you choose to share such a link, the recipient sees whatever numbers you put in it — that is the point of the feature, so only share links whose contents you intend to disclose.
This site displays advertising supplied by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads and/or measure their performance.
Opting out does not reduce the number of ads you see — it makes them less targeted to you.
We use privacy-respecting, aggregate page-view measurement only. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or data brokers. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Pricing tables link to official provider documentation (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI). Once you follow one of those links you are on a third-party site governed by that company's own privacy policy, not this one.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we knowingly collect nothing from anyone, of any age.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing to export, correct or erase. If you believe we hold information about you, email us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will change and the revision will be noted here. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
